Qeam.net is a technology service provider and is not a bank, electronic money institution (EMI), or licensed financial institution. All regulated financial services are delivered exclusively through our regulated partners.
EUR IBAN accounts are issued by a regulated EMI or partner bank within the EEA. Client funds are safeguarded by the issuing institution in accordance with applicable EU regulations; Qeam.net does not hold, access, or control client funds at any time.
USD bank accounts are issued by our US banking partner and support ACH and Fedwire transfers. Eligible deposits are held with FDIC-insured institutions, subject to the partner bank's terms and applicable insurance limits.
Virtual cards are issued by our card-issuing partner under licence from Mastercard® International Incorporated. Mastercard is a registered trademark of its respective owner.
API access (BaaS / CaaS) is restricted to approved business clients. Use of the Qeam.net API and any embedded banking or card-issuing service is subject to a separate commercial agreement and onboarding review.
Onboarding. All applications are subject to satisfactory KYC, KYB, sanctions, and AML checks performed by Qeam.net and by our banking, EMI, and card-issuing partners. Approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant regulated institution and is not guaranteed.
